Depending on availability, some in-stock pieces can be collected on the same day or dispatched within three working days. Pieces without ready stock generally require three to four weeks of production. Delivery outside Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Malaysia generally takes ten to fifty-six days, depending on the destination and logistics.

Orders for Hong Kong, Macau and Malaysia are tax-free. Taiwan orders carry tax of 5% of the total amount. Other destinations collect import charges under local customs rules.

You can use the third-party SimplyDuty calculator for an estimate, with Hong Kong as the origin for international orders. Estimates are indicative; local customs and courier assessments determine the actual charges.

Jewellery purchased from RAGAZZA includes lifetime care. Products may be exchanged within seven days of receipt, excluding custom orders. If a product does not match its description, collection and a full refund can be arranged; refunds are otherwise unavailable.

We recommend 18K gold (AU750): 75% gold, balancing precious-metal content, everyday durability and hardness suited to setting. PT950 contains 95% platinum and is naturally silvery white. S925 contains 92.5% silver and tarnishes more readily, requiring more frequent care.

PT950 is priced the same as 18K gold for the same design. Please contact us to arrange it, as production timing may differ and needs confirmation.

This collection uses lab-grown blue sapphire. We have selected its colour direction, considering transparency, outline and the complete colour palette together.

Royal Blue sets the direction for this collection. We select the colour for the natural-sapphire character we seek, then consider its relationship with the complete piece.

Our lab-grown blue sapphires are selected for an eye-clean appearance. At a normal viewing distance, without magnification, the stone should look clean and transparent, without inclusions that visibly distract from its colour and light.

We review the outline, symmetry, edges and overall proportions, together with the light in the finished setting. Balanced contours, neat cutting and proportions suited to the design guide our selection.

A report is not included by default for our lab-grown gemstones. An IGI report can be requested before ordering, with arrangements and any additional cost confirmed first.

Gemstone weight and composition are preset for each design. For a different stone size, contact us to confirm design compatibility, stone arrangements and pricing before production.
