    THE RAGAZZA SELECTION

    LAB-GROWN GEMSTONE

    A rich blue.
    A quiet presence.

Our signature Royal Blue is selected for a rich colour expression close to the character of natural blue sapphire.

The colour direction is already selected for this collection. We consider the depth of blue alongside the metal and any accent diamonds, so the finished piece feels balanced.

    WHAT WE SELECT FOR YOU

The details we select for you

    01

A clean appearance in everyday wear

Our lab-grown blue sapphires are selected for an eye-clean appearance. At a normal viewing distance, without magnification, the stone should look clean and transparent, without inclusions that visibly distract from its colour and light.

    EYE-CLEAN
    02

    A balanced outline and proportions

We consider the overall outline, symmetry and appearance in the setting. Visibly uneven outlines, irregular edges or unbalanced proportions do not meet our selection standard.

    03

    Selected colour, natural character

Royal Blue sets the direction for this collection. We select the colour for the natural-sapphire character we seek, then consider its relationship with the complete piece.

    18K GOLD · CRAFTSMANSHIP · QUALITY

From 18K gold to the finishing details

We recommend 18K gold, bringing precious-metal character, sound structure and carefully finished details into jewellery made to be worn.

    01

    75% gold, a considered material

18K contains 75% gold, compared with about 37.5%, 41.7% and 58.5% in 9K, 10K and 14K. At equal weight, it contains more gold and higher intrinsic gold value, and is generally less prone to tarnishing.

    02

    Strength for refined details

Alloying improves the hardness of pure gold for fine lines and secure structures. White, yellow and rose gold all share the same 75% gold content.

    03

    Precise setting and finishing

We inspect stone seats, prong proportions, fit and security, then review polishing and surface finish for rough tips, visible tool marks and uneven setting.

    04

    Checked again before delivery

We verify stones, metal, dimensions and engraving, inspect stone security, closures and smooth edges, then clean and recheck. Any adjustments are inspected again.

PT950 costs the same as 18K gold for the same design. Contact us to confirm production timing. Materials and finishing follow the selected design.

    BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

    Before you choose

A few practical questions about your stone, its appearance and your piece.

When can I receive or collect my order?

Depending on availability, some in-stock pieces can be collected on the same day or prepared in around three working days. Standard production takes around three to four weeks, with transit time additional. After dispatch, delivery is around one to three days for Hong Kong and Macau and two to seven days for Taiwan and Malaysia. See the production and delivery information for other destinations. The confirmed order governs the delivery schedule.

For a particular date or an urgent order, please confirm availability, production and delivery arrangements with us before ordering.

Will I need to pay tax?

Orders for Hong Kong, Macau and Malaysia are tax-free; Taiwan tax is 5% of the total order amount. Import taxes for other destinations are payable by the customer. The local courier will notify you of the actual amount and collect it directly.

International orders ship from Hong Kong. For an estimate, use SimplyDuty with Hong Kong as the origin. Estimates are for reference only; the amount actually charged locally applies. Please contact us with any questions.

What care, exchange or return services are available?

Jewellery purchased from RAGAZZA includes lifetime care. Standard styles qualify for one free maintenance and repair service per twelve-month cycle, within the stated service scope. Non-custom products qualify for one exchange within seven days of receipt. For a confirmed quality issue, customers may choose a refund, exchange or repair.

Applicable conditions follow our aftercare and exchange policies. Please contact us about arrangements for an individual piece.

How do 18K gold, platinum and 925 silver differ?

We recommend 18K gold (AU750): 75% gold, balancing precious-metal content, everyday durability and hardness suited to setting. PT950 contains 95% platinum and is naturally silvery white. S925 contains 92.5% silver and tarnishes more readily, requiring more frequent care.

PT950 is priced the same as 18K gold for the same design. Please contact us to arrange it, as production timing may differ and needs confirmation.

How do I find my ring size, and can the ring be resized?

Use our ring-size guide and conversion chart, or request a complimentary measuring strip from the ring-sizer page. Ring width and finger joints affect the right size; aim for a comfortable fit.

Non-custom rings qualify for one complimentary resizing with no time limit, separate from the one-exchange allowance. Listed large-size surcharges and the specific coverage for custom rings follow the applicable service terms.

Is the centre stone natural or lab-grown?

This collection uses lab-grown blue sapphire. We have selected its colour direction, considering transparency, outline and the complete colour palette together.

    Which colour do you select?

Royal Blue sets the direction for this collection. We select the colour for the natural-sapphire character we seek, then consider its relationship with the complete piece.

    What clarity do you select?

Our lab-grown blue sapphires are selected for an eye-clean appearance. At a normal viewing distance, without magnification, the stone should look clean and transparent, without inclusions that visibly distract from its colour and light.

How do you select the cut?

We review the outline, symmetry, edges and overall proportions, together with the light in the finished setting. Balanced contours, neat cutting and proportions suited to the design guide our selection.

    Is a gemstone report included?

A report is not included by default for our lab-grown gemstones. An IGI report can be requested before ordering, with arrangements and any additional cost confirmed first.

Can I request a different gemstone carat weight?

Gemstone weight and composition are preset for each design. For a different stone size, contact us to confirm design compatibility, stone arrangements and pricing before production.

Will the stone look exactly like the image?

Images illustrate colour direction and design. Lighting and screens affect colour, and subtle differences between stones are possible. We select within the colour direction and appearance standards of this collection.

What should I confirm before ordering?

Check the stated gemstone weight, metal, jewellery size or worn length, and any offered engraving. If you have requested a different stone size, also check the agreed specification.
