Production, delivery and collection
This policy sets out production times, shipping charges, signed delivery and showroom collection.
Contents
1. Production and preparation
We prepare or produce items according to product status and the confirmed order. General estimates are:
| Product status | Estimated time |
|---|---|
| In-stock products | Same-day collection or preparation in around 3 working days, as stated on the product page |
| Standard production | Approximately 3–4 weeks |
| Custom jewellery | Approximately 4–8 weeks |
These periods generally run from payment. Custom-order customers must supply information and approve designs and models according to our schedule. Delayed responses, additional revisions or extra work extend production timing accordingly. The delivery schedule for an individual order follows our confirmation record.
Allow additional time for shipping. Customs clearance, destination delivery and special arrangements may also affect arrival.
2. Destinations and shipping charges
We offer worldwide delivery from Hong Kong. Principal standard charges and estimated transit times after dispatch are:
| Destination | Standard charge | Estimated transit |
|---|---|---|
| Hong Kong and Macau | HK$300 | Approximately 1–3 days |
| Malaysia | HK$300 | Approximately 2–7 days |
| Taiwan | HK$75, approximately NT$300 | Approximately 2–7 days |
| Mainland China | HK$600 | Approximately 3–14 days |
| United States | HK$1,000 | Approximately 7–31 days |
| Other available destinations | HK$600 | Approximately 7–31 days |
Charges, available destinations and special delivery requirements follow the arrangements confirmed at checkout or before payment. Foreign-currency displays use website conversion. Transit excludes production, clearance and special delivery time. Arrangements involving extra charges require prior agreement.
3. Carriers and signed delivery
We select a suitable carrier for the destination and parcel and arrange signed delivery. We remain responsible for following through on delivery until signed receipt.
Customers must provide accurate contact details and an address able to accept signed parcels, and check the packaging and product on arrival. For non-receipt, tracking irregularities or transit damage, contact us and retain the packaging, photographs and relevant records for verification and handling.
Address changes, redelivery and other special requests must be arranged with us, including the available timing and charges.
4. Showroom and cross-location collection
Showroom orders are generally collected from the original showroom. Website and assisted orders use the collection point confirmed on the order. We notify customers when the item is ready; customers should attend after receiving that notice.
A change of showroom or an overseas handover requires prior arrangement with us and payment of applicable shipping and destination charges.
Items for return, exchange or repair may be handed in at any Hong Kong, Macau, Taipei or Kuala Lumpur showroom. Subsequent handling, delivery and postage follow the arrangements confirmed for that service.
5. Delay, loss and transit damage
For an existing-style order, if a confirmed delivery deadline is exceeded, or the carrier confirms loss or damage, we will explain the situation and provide an expected revised delivery arrangement.
The customer may accept the new arrangement or have the Company arrange cancellation and a full refund. Delivery matters involving custom jewellery follow the custom-order terms and applicable law.
6. Delivery enquiries and related arrangements
For a delivery enquiry, provide the order number, order name, destination and relevant tracking information. See Taxes and duties for import charges. Returns, refunds and aftercare after receipt follow our returns policy and aftercare policy.
