有現購，有訂制，有鑲嵌服務嘅飾品店很好，很多選擇。 設計畫圖師傅就有進步空間，如果可以給予客人更多意見會更好，例如提供更多材料選擇，如何做可令訂制成品效果更理想等，因為買家未必懂制作過程出來嘅變化，設計師畫圖發現問題可提供專業意見就更理想了。

very good attention and post sale assistance
I've bought a wonderful ring for my wife, after a week I had to come back to ask for size modification which was done in an impressive short time upon request since we needed the ring for an special occasion. The services was so good that ended up buying earrings for my mother. 100% recommend this store.

員工服務態度很差，訂造貨品超過所承諾的時間
當時是一月尾，第一次跟朋友上門市選購時，一位女員工服務態度很差，我們詢問她，希望她能介紹一些莫桑石的頸鏈款式，而他只叫我們上網看款式，完全沒有想介紹的心，如果是上網能看到，為什麼我們還要來門市呢？我們提出因為想訂造所以想看一些莫桑石原石，她也只推說門市沒有現貨。最後我說想要看特定顏色的莫桑石，她才施施然從辦公室裏拿出幾顆。我們一行3人站了很久，想找個位置坐下，也要主動開口問她才請我們坐下。椅子只有2張，所以我們想從旁邊一張沒有人坐的椅子拿過來，該員工卻說「張櫈係比其他客人坐，你哋唔好見冇人就以為冇人坐」。但我們到走的時候那張椅子都沒有人坐😓 我訂做了一條頸鏈，該位女員工說需要費時四至五星期，我說可以。而我等到超過了五星期，也沒有一位員工通知我能拿貨。我打電話到貴公司詢問，當時也是一位女員工回答我，說要跟後勤員工查查看，我的頸鏈只是一顆很普通的清鑲頸鏈，寶石也已經選好，為何要費時5星期以上呢？該員工問了後勤的同事後，又突然跟我說過兩天會做好。讓我很懷疑貴公司根本忘記了我的訂單，我甚至想退款。我在別的店舖訂造一對日本的結婚戒指也不需要5星期以上。貴公司明明承諾過我在特定時間內會做好貨物，結果很明顯是不能做到，讓我失去預算，趕不及在特別日子帶上訂造的頸鏈。明明超過所承諾的時間，過程期間也沒有任何員工update我，要我不停打電話上貴公司詢問。 總括來說，我絕對不會推薦身邊任何人購買貴公司的產品。

店鋪地點有點不方便。 開店時間有點短，1200-1930，如果可以遲點收工或星期六日都開就好了。另外起貨比較慣，1月中訂到3月頭才收貨。 若可以用一半時間就一流。
