RAGAZZA DIAMOND’s approach begins with understanding each client’s needs rather than focusing on sales. Our diamond and jewellery specialists provide professional advice based on diamond quality, design preferences and budget.
The RAGAZZA DIAMOND Hong Kong showroom is located in a Grade A office building in Kowloon and operates by appointment. Clients can learn about diamond quality, compare jewellery designs and discuss bespoke jewellery options in a private setting.
The showroom features both natural diamonds and lab-grown diamonds, allowing clients to compare different diamonds and jewellery designs in person. Appointments are welcome for clients who want to learn more about diamonds, with no obligation to purchase.
Our goal is to provide clear and professional information so that each client can make a decision based on their own needs, preferences and budget.
2. Dedicated Consultants and Ongoing Customer Service
Each RAGAZZA DIAMOND client is supported by a dedicated jewellery consultant throughout the entire process, from diamond selection and order placement to production, delivery and after-sales services such as jewellery maintenance, refurbishment and repair.
In Hong Kong, clients can contact our team directly through WhatsApp for order enquiries and after-sales support. RAGAZZA DIAMOND also has local teams and representatives in Hong Kong, Macau, Taipei and Kuala Lumpur, providing ongoing customer service across these markets.

3. Clear Service Commitments and Product Responsibility
RAGAZZA DIAMOND provides lifetime jewellery maintenance because professional support remains important after a jewellery purchase. Our current service commitments include:
Shipping Protection: RAGAZZA DIAMOND assumes the risk of loss or damage during shipping until the order reaches the designated delivery address.
Lifetime Maintenance: Services currently include one complimentary refurbishment per year, one complimentary ring resizing, and one complimentary resetting of a qualifying side stone that has fallen out, subject to the applicable terms.
7-Day Exchange: Products may be exchanged once within seven days from the specified date of delivery, collection or showroom inspection, subject to the applicable terms. The original receipt, packaging, accessories and certificate must be returned, and any price difference must be paid where applicable. Refunds are subject to the quality-related conditions stated in the terms.

“Going the extra step” is a principle that RAGAZZA DIAMOND applies to both craftsmanship and customer service. Our team considers details that clients may not always notice and looks for practical solutions when special needs arise.
In one case, a client wanted to propose to a seriously ill partner and had only one day to prepare the engagement ring. The standard production time was approximately 21 days. After understanding the situation, our team coordinated with the product, sourcing and craftsmanship teams to complete the ring within one day, allowing the client to proceed with the proposal.
This was an exceptional case and not a standard one-day delivery commitment. It reflects RAGAZZA DIAMOND’s approach to understanding the meaning behind each piece of jewellery and responding proactively to individual client needs.
The same principle applies to our daily craftsmanship and diamond selection. This includes considering prong placement and diamond facet alignment during setting, as well as using natural fancy-colour diamonds as a reference when advising clients on the appearance and suitability of coloured diamonds.

5. DAII™: A 16-Point Framework for Diamond Selection
Diamonds with the same colour, clarity and cut grades can still differ in proportions and visual appearance. GIA also notes that a single cut grade can include different proportion combinations and face-up appearances.
RAGAZZA DIAMOND developed DAII™ (Diamond Artificial Intelligence Index), a proprietary diamond quality index that analyses 16 diamond characteristics, including colour, clarity, cut, polish, symmetry, crown angle, pavilion angle and other proportion measurements. These factors are combined to generate a comparative score.
RAGAZZA publicly explains the analysis factors and scoring methodology, allowing clients to understand the basis of diamond selection rather than relying only on general quality descriptions.

DAII™ is a proprietary diamond selection model developed by RAGAZZA DIAMOND. It is primarily designed for round brilliant diamonds and is not a grading system or certification issued by GIA or IGI. DAII™ scores should be considered together with the diamond’s grading report, video and in-person observation.
