I called into the office inquiring about an engagement ring after doing thorough research on their website. My call was picked up by Oscar, who ended up being my point of contact at Ragazza. Oscar has been a consummate professional- willing to meticulously work with me on finding the best stone and the best price. Oscar was also very clear on delivery times, and each time meeting in the office has been immensely pleasurable. Throughout the waiting time, Oscar always made timely responses to my inquiries on their LINE @ After picking up the ring, Oscar spent awhile explaining how to identify the stone I had purchased was indeed the one delivered.
